Use this form to renew your APTSDF membership and remain active within the federation. Renewing ensures uninterrupted access to member benefits, events, resources, and continued connection to the APTSDF family.

  • Annual Renewal for Gups and Dans
  • New Members Registration
  • Annual Instructor Certification
  • Annual Renewal Studio Certification

Please note - All registrations are due by December 31st!

APTSDF Membership information is required in order to renew
Provided information will be used in accordance with the Federation Privacy Policy

Please remember that any student who renews after December 31 will need to be reinstated as a member in good standing and the following fees will apply:

  • Gup Membership Reinstatement Fee = $10 (plus $10 renewal fee)
  • Dan Membership Reinstatement Fee = $20 (plus $20 renewal fee)
  • Studio and Instructors Certificate Membership Reinstatement Fee = $55 (plus $55 renewal fee)
